A Japanese style wooden Tea Canister made from Cottonwood. Hand turned on the lathe from one piece of wood to accentuate the grain design and finished with a walnut stain on the outside.
The Cottonwood was ethically harvested from fallen trees in local areas. Cut, shaped and finished in my small shop at home.
Because there are many different types and flavours of teas, from green to black, you need a unique tea canister to properly store your favourites. My favourite is a Japanese green tea known as Genmaicha.
