An ideal tea scoop for all your favourite loose teas. Fits nicely in most tea canisters.
Handmade from various types of hardwood (Ash, Maple, Oak, Walnut, Cherry and Zebrawood). Grain variations do occur with wood, each scoop will have different grain designs.
The size of the scoop is 3" (8 cm) long with the width at 1-3/4" (4.5 cm). It holds approximately 2 tsp in volume.
I first saw these scoops in Japan, which is why my favourite loose tea is a Japanese green tea called Genmaicha.
(Please note that to keep shipping costs down, I put a postage stamp on a small padded envelop with the scoop(s) and place it in the mailbox with Canada Post / US Postal Service).
